1. General terms of the company & scope of operation of company

A. ALLIED IT SOLUTIONS. / travelkida.com panel is not a travel agent company. We don’t take part in actual transactions that takes place between travel agents & travellers. We provide an online marketplace where travellers can connect to travel agencies. So we are not responsible for any booking or servicing, all the booking will be done by travel agents only.

B. The said ‘Website’ may allow access to third party web sites through Hyperlinks (words/banners/channels/otherwise) but it does not have any control over the content, products or services made available by such sites. The said ‘Website’ is not liable to and/or responsible for any type of issues concerned with outbound links and such issues would not be entertained.

C. The said 'Website' may change, modify, amend, or update this Agreement from time to time without any prior notification to Registered Members and User(s) and the amended and restated terms and conditions of use shall be effective immediately on posting. If Registered Members and User(s) do not adhere to the changes, they must stop using the services of the said 'Website'. Continuous use of the services will signify the acceptance of the changed terms and conditions of use.

2. Mode of operation & terms with the travel agents of company

A. Registered member should provide accurate and complete information.

B. Registered Member shall not sell, attempt to sell, offer to sell, give, assign or transfer his/her Account, User Identity or Password to a Third Party.

C. In case of any wrongdoing from your side travel kida admin can block your account.

D. There is no provision of getting money back after purchased credits.

E. For any wrong enquiry you will get your credits back into your travel kida wallet after 30 days.

3. Mode of operation and scope of the company with travelers

A. Information provided by you shall not be false, inaccurate, defamatory, threatening or obscene.

B. Offers/discounts on packages will be given by agents only.

C. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, lawfulness of services offered by the registered travel agents/agencies.

D. In case of a dispute due to a transaction, Registered Members (agents) as well as Users (travellers) shall not hold the said Website responsible for it. The two parties agree to release the said ‘Website’ from all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses and damages (including without limitation any actual, special, incidental or consequential damages) arising out of or in connection with such transactions.

E. We are not responsible for travel agents/agencies terms and conditions.

F. Our services are totally free for travelers.

G. Travelers will receive all kinds of text messages from travelkida.com.

4. Legal terms

A. ALLIED IT SOLUTIONS. is a Company whose mainly working in an IT based structure and will previewed under IT Act 2008.

B. Any Confiscation of the Information or Stealing of the date or misuse of the Data of the company by any unauthorised means shall be penalised under the Provisions of I.T.Act 2008.

5. Disputes & grievance

A. All the Disputes of the Clients, Travelers or Agents shall be redressed by the Grievance Committee of the Company.

B. All the submitted Disputes Shall Tried to be resolved within a period of 45 Days from the date of submission.

C. Any complaint or dispute with the company or any matter of dispute shall be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.

6. Referral APP Terms & Conditions

A. Share app & get 20 points on each successful sign up through your referral code.

B. Every sign up using your referral code should be by proper valid name, if not then points can be deducted after data filtration process.

C. After redemption of points, trip confirmation could take up-to 15 days of the date of redemption.

D. Trip can be claimed for any of the 2 dates every month proposed by TravelKida.

E. Goa and Manali trips are based on twin sharing, so after redemption you will get FREE trip for you only. You can only redeem this trip for 2 persons and for that either you can opt for FREE redemption from 2 users or you can pay for 1 traveler by your own.

F. You will not be eligible for any incentives if your friend signs up without entering your referral code.

G. This is offer is valid till 31th August 2017, any points redemption after 31th August 2017 will not be eligible for claiming FREE trips.

H. TravelKida reserves the right to remove/modify this offer at any time.

I. One traveler can take benefit of only one FREE package within 3 months.
